Lighthouse Photoreactor Module Expands Integrity 10 platform for Controlled, High-Throughput Photochemistry

Asynt has announced the launch of the Lighthouse Photoreactor Module for the Integrity 10 Reaction Station, bringing flexible, parallel photochemistry to a platform already trusted for precise reaction control. Launching this month, the new module is designed to help chemists run reproducible light-driven reactions safely and efficiently.

maximise photon efficiency and reaction reproducibility with Lighthouse Photoreactor for the Integrity 10 from Asynt

The Lighthouse Integrity 10 Photoreactor allows up to six photochemical reactions to be carried out simultaneously, each with independently defined conditions. Individual reactor positions can be fitted with different LED wavelengths, with light delivered directly into the reaction medium to maximise photon efficiency and improve experimental reproducibility.

Andrew Mansfield talks us through the new Lighthouse Integrity 10 photoreactor module system

Each Lighthouse module is built around robust 10 W LED technology and integrates seamlessly with the Integrity 10 Reaction Station. Users can run reactions in parallel across the platform, with individual control of temperature and stirring for each reaction cell. Temperatures from –30 °C to +80 °C can be programmed, including custom temperature profiles, with all parameters recorded electronically via the Integrity 10.

Safe and practical photoreactor design

Safety and practicality have been central to the module’s design. The Lighthouse features a light tight enclosure and a wide choice of wavelengths, making it well suited to reaction screening, optimisation and early scale-up work. Its modular format allows chemists to configure their photochemistry setup to match their workflow, whether developing new photoredox chemistry or refining established light-driven processes.

By combining precise reaction control with flexible photochemical capability, the Lighthouse Integrity 10 module offers a straightforward route to accelerating photochemistry research while maintaining confidence in data quality and safety.
