Asynt has formed a partnership with Asahi Glassplant (AG!) to supply their range of high performance reaction vessels. By using resized glass – AG! can produce reaction vessels with a unique thinner inner jacket wall that increases heat transfer rates but without compromising on the strength or safety aspects of the vessel.
Asynt are pleased to announce that we are now working with AG! – Asahi Glassplant Inc. from Japan to bring you their amazing range of controlled lab reactors.
What a year we have had! It’s looking pretty hectic for 2015 in a good way too with much of my time in the last year spent in the development of new products.
Despite all the negativity surrounding chemicals in our food, a lot of them are naturally found and give us the opportunity to perform some rather cool chemistry party tricks!
With the holidays approaching and greetings cards whizzing around the world, Asynt has decided to make a charitable contribution to an amazing local charity in Cambridge (UK) called the Arthur Rank Hospice.
The DrySyn Snowstorm MULTI from Asynt provides a simple and highly effective way to perform multiple reactions in parallel across a large temperature range including sub-ambient chemistries such as organometallic syntheses and controlled rate crystallisation studies down to -60°C.
We had a draw to win an iKettle and it involved guessing the number of beads in a ReactoMate CLR vessel. I personally counted the pot of beads so that no one could question the outcome, and not one of our sales team knew the correct number so there could be no nudging towards a region of numbers…!
Judged by an independent panel of industry experts – Asynt Ltd. was chosen as the winner of the Lions’ Lair competition at the recent Lab Innovations 2014 exhibition and conference at the NEC, Birmingham, UK.
