Components such as batteries for electric cars, need to undergo rigorous testing to ensure that they are safe and reliable and part of this testing often involves subjecting the components to “thermal cycling” whereby you cycle a component between temperature X and temperature Y repeatedly. For these applications, our customers need both precise temperature control and the ability to ramp temperatures at a very specific rate.
Asynt and Julabo achieve these strict requirements by harnessing the power of Julabo PRESTO dynamic temperature control systems through integration with a bespoke thermal testing assembly, designed and engineered by in-house Asynt engineers. The result is a thermal testing assembly that offers users the ability to have precise and uniform temperature control across a cooling plate as well as programmed temperature cycling for their applications.
