Glass Static Mixer (GSM) Modules

The Asynt range of Glass Static Mixer (GSM) Reactor Modules house the complete range of GSM Reactors and allows a wide range of temperatures and pressures to be achieved. Asynt GSM Reactors Modules allow temperatures from -80 ^oC to 235 ^oC and pressures up to 40 bar, depending on the module and GSM selected.

GSM Reactors are ideal for high throughput applications, fast mixing-dependent reactions and fast, highly exothermic reactions requiring temperature control and provide efficient turbulent mixing throughout the reactor. Static mixer chips may also be utilised to promote efficient emulsion formation in multiphasic reactions thereby leading to significantly enhanced rates of reaction in favourable cases.
