Accelerating molecules: webinar

Date: June 3, 2021

Dr Kerry Elgie - Accelerating Molecules webinar 3 June 2021

Accelerating molecules through to Proof-of-Concept, with an integrated early development program

In today’s pharmaceutical R&D pipeline there are more molecules in development than ever before, but the attrition rates of drug candidates reaching Phase II remains high and an increasing number of molecules have challenging drug properties.
To keep costs under control, biotech and pharma companies need to transition molecules through early development as quickly as possible, to reach Proof-of-Concept (POC) and select the “winners” for late stage development. To achieve this, there is a need to better understand drug properties and the developability of a molecule, while exploring novel and integrated approaches to early drug development. So by accelerating molecule development timetables, scientists will enable those molecules to reach patients faster.

Kicking off at 10am GMT, this webinar will highlight how a fully integrated development plan can bring together the needs of the drug product team and the clinical development team.

How do I register to attend?

You can find out more information as well as register to attend the FREE Accelerating Molecules event via the organisers website:

We’ll be there too!

Dr Kerry Elgie will be attending this webinar – if you’d like to catch up with her with any questions you have regarding our wide catalogue of laboratory tools then you you are most welcome to book a face-to-face online meeting via this page on our website:

Alternatively you can email via [email protected] or call +44 (0)1638 781709

Do take a look around in the meantime though; perhaps at the Illumin8 novel parallel benchtop photoreactor, our DrySyn Spiral Evaporator, or fReactor – the entry level flow chemistry platform that is opening up the world of Flow Chemistry to everyone, or find out why making the switch to sustainable solutions such as DrySyn oil-free heating blocks and CondenSyn waterless air condensers is a smart move for your lab as well as for the environment!
