Asynt customer service survey

Please note: Taking part is optional, and you can stay anonymous. See how we use your information below.

How we use your information

This survey is run by Asynt Ltd using Microsoft Forms. Microsoft stores the responses on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes.

You can stay anonymous. Your name, organisation and email address are optional. If you would like to stay anonymous, leave those questions blank and avoid naming yourself or others in your comments.

We only use your details for the options you tick. Each option is separate, and none is needed to complete the survey:

  • Quarterly prize draw: to enter you, contact you if you win, and arrange your prize. See the prize draw terms below.
  • Newsletter: to send you the Asynt newsletter. Every issue includes a link to unsubscribe.
  • Contact about your feedback: so a member of our team can reply to you.
  • Quoting your comments: to use your comments in our marketing, credited in the way you choose.

We rely on your consent for each option. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing [email protected] or, for the newsletter, using the unsubscribe link. Your choices make no difference to how we treat your feedback, and giving positive or negative feedback makes no difference to your chance of winning the prize draw.

How long we keep it. Survey responses are kept for 12 months and then deleted, with two exceptions. If you agree to us quoting your comments, we keep the quote while we use it and stop if you ask. We keep a record of each prize draw winner for 12 months after the draw, to show the draw was run fairly. If you sign up to the newsletter, you stay on our mailing list until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, free of charge. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
