Thomson SINGLE StEP Columns™

Direct replacement for glass columns

The SINGLE StEP Columns™ are clear, so that you can see their bands or use a UV light to see their bands when seeing it in the hood. The SINGLE StEP Columns have luer fittings which allow for attachment to any machine including: Biotage©, Isco®, SINGLE StEP© Pump units, etc. They also fit into the slots of Isco® Flash Machines and onto all Biotage Horizons™, manual, SP-1™ and SP-4™ by luer fittings, eliminating the need for compression fittings.

SINGLE StEP Columns™ can be easily pre-equilibrated and have the added advantage that they allow direct injection as close to the sorbent bed as possible, either by liquid or dry loading, directly to the column.
