Flow Chemistry Hands on Training Workshop at Radboud University Nijmegen

Paul Pergande from Uniqsis (home of the FlowSyn Flow Chemistry system) recently carried out a training workshop at Radboud University Nijmegen in the Netherlands. This was an in-depth programme designed to encourage a major breakthrough in the application of Flow Chemistry.

Chemical Process Industry is a key factor in the economy of the West European countries ever since the second half of the 20th century but it’s said that the time is right for a big transition in this industry, towards more intensified processes with higher yield, less food-stock and energy consumption.  Flow Chemistry is the obvious new paradigm for achieving this.

However, so far, relatively few people know how Flow Chemistry exactly works and what the opportunities really are, both in research and in production.

Paul Pergande (pictured) ran a series of SNAR experiments showing the first class scale up capability of the FlowSyn as part of the days tutoring and demonstrations.
