The NitroGen series NG CASTORE XL iQ and XS iQ use Membrane technology.  These are engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of high quality nitrogen gas at up to 70 L/min from the XL, up to 36 L/min from the XS, with both producing NG2 with a purity up to 99.9%.

Equipped with a scroll built-in oil-free compressor with inverter technology, the new iQ series also features the innovative direct drive motor-compressor system that results in lower noise than the previous version – great for improving your laboratory environment.

The exclusive electronic flow control combined with the compressor control by the inverter allows the system to generate nitrogen with a higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air.  This results in reduced energy consumption (less costly to the environment and to your budget) and increases the life time of the compressor. Continuous control of the operating parameters of nitrogen allows users to easily maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.

The CASTORE XL iQ and CASTORE XS iQ high capacity nitrogen generators have been developed to meet specific requirements in term of gas, flow, purity and pressure in LC-MS applications. It can be used for the evaporation of solvents in samples being analysed.
